    My husband and I spent a truly wonderful 3 nights at Manor on the Green. Betty Webb is a wonderful hostess and her home is warm and inviting. The location was perfect for a visit with our grandson at Colgate. Breakfast was perfect. She was very helpful with information about the area and suggestions of things to do. We look forward to another wonderful visit to the Manor.

      Incredibly comfortable and cozy B&B conveniently located in the heart of town. Elizabeth was extremely kind, helpful, and hospitable. She is very knowledgeable about and involved in the town of Hamilton and made us feel like family. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated, while the beds were so comfortable and furnished with great linens and pillows. We enjoyed fantastic breakfasts every morning prepared by Elizabeth and absolutely loved her wonderful dog Winston. We would love to return one day!

        Had such a lovely visit at Manor on the Green. The home is decorated beautifully and is immaculate. Elizabeth is very welcoming and makes sure everyone is comfortable. The location is so convenient to downtown and to Colgate University. The breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit, eggs, muffins, cereal, yogurt and her delicious coffee cake, which she makes fresh daily! You could not ask for anything more! The patio area is very relaxing in case you wanted to sit and enjoy the view or bring lunch from Hamilton Eatery . There is also parking in the rear which is so accommodating. Can’t wait to return!

          The place was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the home-made breakfast was delicious and ample. The Manor has historic ambience as well. Hamilton is a college town with interesting shops and architecture. Elizabeth is a charming host who knows the area well.
