Guests may cancel their reservation 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival date without charge or may apply the deposit to a future visit.  Please notify us via email or phone about a cancellation as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check in will be charged the full cost of the stay plus tax.

No shows will also be charged for the full cost of the stay. 

We accept checks or cash, no credit cards are accepted.

*For Colgate special weekends or events, an alternate cancelation policy my be applied and will be specified during booking.
